How about the products standards?
Technology Standards: GB 50210-2018. We ensure all products meet strict quality benchmarks.
How to make customized orders?
Customers offer CAD drawings or samples. We create forms and drawings for confirmation. After mold testing and sample approval, we proceed to quantity production. Mold costs may be refunded for large orders (e.g., over 5 tons).
How to handle OEM requests?
We sign an agreement and require brand authorization. We then produce customized products with your brand marking on the packaging.
How do you deal with after-sales issues?
If quality problems are found within 15 days of receipt, please provide clear photos and quantity details. We will investigate and discuss reparation if it is our responsibility.
What are the payment terms?
100% T/T for new molds. For product orders: FOB China port, 30% deposit via T/T, and 70% balance paid before loading.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For regular production, the lead time is typically 20-25 days after receiving the deposit.
