1. What is your minimum ordering quantity (MOQ)?
We do not require a strict MOQ, but we suggest purchasing at least a 1x20GP container to ensure safe FCL shipping and cost-effectiveness.
2. How can I obtain a price list or quote for my project?
Please provide your floor plan, finish schedule/list, product specifications, and any other relevant documents. We will then discuss the details with you and provide a quote with the best proposal.
3. Do you provide professional design services?
Yes, we provide Auto-CAD drawings based on your floor plan. Additionally, 3D rendering design services are available for an extra charge.
4. What are your standard payment and price terms?
Our normal payment term is a 50% deposit via TT before production, with the balance paid before loading. Our standard price term is FOB China, though we also offer EXW, CIF, and DDU.
5. How is the product quality inspected?
You are welcome to send QC personnel for on-site inspection. Alternatively, we can conduct a live video meeting for online inspection. We also perform self-inspections, taking detailed photos of every cabinet and dimension for your review.
6. What is your monthly production capacity?
Our production base has a capacity of approximately 8,000 unit cabinets per month, ensuring timely delivery for large-scale projects.
