1. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit before production, balance before loading), L/C at sight, and Western Union for sample orders.
2. How do you ensure product quality?
Our internal QC department inspects products at least twice before packing. We check materials against samples, track every production step, and perform a final examination to ensure clean and complete items.
3. What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery typically takes 45-60 days after receiving the 30% deposit or an irrevocable L/C.
4. Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we provide a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects and offer lifelong consultation for any issues that may occur.
5. Can third-party inspections be arranged?
Absolutely. Customers are welcome to send their own QC or appoint a third party to inspect the quality before loading.
6. What is the MOQ for orders?
For items in stock, the MOQ is 5 sets. For non-stock items, the MOQ is 10 sets per item. A 40HQ container can accommodate 3-4 different items.
