For less than 300 sets, the delivery time is about 30-45 days after receiving the 30% deposit and confirming drawings. For more than 300 sets, the time is 45-60 days.
Can we make customized furniture?
Yes, we can customize furniture according to your interior design, drawings, and dimensions. Materials, fabrics, and colors can be adjusted per request.
What is your MOQ?
Basically, the MOQ is 20 sets. Higher quantities offer better pricing for customized furniture.
What is the payment term?
We accept L/C at sight or T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment).
How is the product quality guaranteed?
We produce a sample before bulk production. Each step is checked by QC, and a 100% final inspection is performed before packaging.
What if the furniture is damaged upon arrival?
We use secure packaging for shipping. If any damage occurs, provide photos and quantities, and we will reproduce the items for you free of charge.
