1. What is the delivery time?
For orders less than 300 sets, our delivery time is about 30-45 days after receiving the 30% deposit and confirming production drawings, finishes, and materials. For larger orders, the delivery time is 45-60 days.
2. Can you provide customized furniture?
Yes, we can customize furniture according to your interior design, drawings, and specific dimensions. Materials, fabrics, and colors can be adjusted to meet your requests.
3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20 sets. Generally, higher quantities result in more competitive pricing for customized furniture orders.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept two primary payment terms: 1) L/C at sight, and 2) T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.
