What is the warranty period for your products?
We provide a 3-year warranty. During this period, we are responsible for any damage resulting from manufacturing defects.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
If you have a shipping agent in China, the MOQ is 5 sets (EXW price). If you require us to arrange shipment, the total volume should exceed 10 CBM.
How long is the production leading time?
Typically within 30 days upon receiving the deposit during normal seasons, and around 40 days during peak periods, depending on order complexity.
Do you offer customized designs?
Yes, OEM and ODM services are available. You can provide your design drawings for a customized quote.
How are items protected during transportation?
Products are knocked-down and packed with PE foam and hard corner protection. Fragile parts like glass are reinforced with wooden frames. We also take photos of packed products before shipping.
