1. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by Email. We require information including quantity, specifications (size, material, color, logo, and packing requirements). Artwork or samples are highly recommended. We also need delivery timing and shipping details (address, phone, seaport/airport).
2. How long does it take to get a sample?
We can make samples per your request. Transportation freight and sample costs are required. Note that sample costs may be refundable once a formal order is confirmed and the quantity reaches at least one full container.
3. What are the payment terms?
For sample orders, we accept payment via T/T. For formal bulk orders, we can accept T/T or L/C.
4. What is the business process for working with us?
First, provide details of the products for a quote. Upon confirmation, we provide a Proforma Invoice, requiring a 30% deposit before production. Once finished, we send photos of goods, packing, and B/L copies. Shipment is arranged upon receipt of the balance.
